SNA關(guān)于資本服務(wù)的測算及對國民賬戶的影響

摘要： 資本服務(wù)測算是資本測算中的重要內(nèi)容。最新修訂的2008年SNA首次引入資本服務(wù)的概念,在肯定資本服務(wù)對生產(chǎn)率測算和其他分析的重要意義后,新增了一章來闡述資本服務(wù)的功能和表現(xiàn)。本文主要介紹資本服務(wù)的基本概念、資本服務(wù)與相關(guān)概念的辨析、資本服務(wù)的測算方法,并分析引入資本服務(wù)對國民賬戶可能帶來的影響。
Capital Services is the main elements in Capital Measurement.Given the importance of identifying them for productivity measurement and other analysis,a new chapter has been added in the SNA2008 explaining the role of capital services and their appearance in the accounts.This paper mainly intends to introduce the basis ideas of capital service,the relationship between capital services and other capital indices,and the measuring methods of capital services.We also analyses its possible impacts on System of National Accounts.
