新型國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)——包容性價(jià)值

摘要： 針對(duì)現(xiàn)有國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的諸多不足和缺點(diǎn),提出了一種新型的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)——包容性價(jià)值。通過構(gòu)建ESSE綜合框架描述經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、資源和環(huán)境之間的因果關(guān)系,以刻畫經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的復(fù)雜性特征,并利用世界模型Ⅱ和系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論對(duì)五種情景進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)模擬和分析,以反映經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的長(zhǎng)期性特征,最后對(duì)包容性價(jià)值核算的有效性和合理性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
According to the deficiencies and shortcomings of the existing national economic evaluation system,this paper proposes a new national economic growth index,that is the inclusive value. Through the construction of ESSE integrated framework for describing the complex characteristics of the causal relationship between economic,social,resources and environment,and in order to describe the economic growth in the long-term characteristic,there uses World II and the theory of system dynamics to analyses five kinds of scenarios,at last it gives the verification about the validity and rationality of the inclusion of value accounting.
