近代海外學(xué)前教育思想進(jìn)入中國(guó)社會(huì)的催化——以“兒童年運(yùn)動(dòng)”為視角的觀察

摘要: 作為國(guó)民政府所主導(dǎo)實(shí)施的一次社會(huì)領(lǐng)域的局部頂層設(shè)計(jì),"兒童年運(yùn)動(dòng)"的出臺(tái)是由社會(huì)、教育及政治三個(gè)層面的動(dòng)因引發(fā)的。它具有重視學(xué)前兒童權(quán)利與幸福、重視學(xué)前教育價(jià)值等近代海外學(xué)前教育思想的內(nèi)涵,對(duì)國(guó)民的思想與實(shí)踐層面都造成了積極影響。盡管并不完美,但作為國(guó)民政府于社會(huì)領(lǐng)域局部頂層設(shè)計(jì)的一次力量展示,具有一定的歷史意義與價(jià)值。 As a Government's top-level design,the introduction of the Children's Year Movement was caused by the three levels of social,educational and political dynamic.It had a great importance to preschool children's rights and well-being,and attach importance to preschool value connotation,had caused a positive impact on the nation's ideological and practical level.Although not perfect,but it had a certain historical significance and value.
