民族地區(qū)幼兒園依法推進國家通用語言教育的模式構(gòu)想

摘要: 幼兒園如何實施雙語教育,是一個需要結(jié)合歷史與現(xiàn)實、理論與實踐持續(xù)探索的課題。基于分析新中國成立以來雙語教育政策的核心是尊重與學習民漢兩種語言,最終實現(xiàn)民漢兼通;通過調(diào)查民族聚居區(qū)幼兒園雙語教育的現(xiàn)實情況:語言環(huán)境逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡p語環(huán)境,家長對幼兒學習兩種語言愿望非常迫切,以母語為主的雙語教育模式已經(jīng)給兒童的學習、升學和就業(yè)帶來困境,認為"過渡型"幼兒園雙語教育模式能夠有效破解困境,為中小學教育階段實現(xiàn)混合式或流動式雙語教育奠定基礎,并分析了實施"過渡型"幼兒園雙語教育模式需要的理念和策略。 China is a multi-ethnic country,and bilingual education is an indispensable way to achieve unity in diversity.How to implement bilingual education in kindergartens is a research subject deserving continuous exploration from both historical and contemporary perspectives and through integrating theory and practice.The present study,through an analysis,points out the core of bilingual education policies since the founding of People?s Republic of Chinais respecting and learning both the ethnic minority language andthe Chinese language to achieve the ultimate goal of competency in both languages.It makes an investigation of the current situation of bilingual education in ethnic minority inhabited areas,and yields the following findings:language environment is changing into bilingual language environment;parents have strong desire for their children to learn the two languages;mother-tongue dominated bilingual education has led to dilemmas in childrens schooling and employment;an effective solution to these dilemmas is "transitional"bilingual education in kindergartens,which can lay the foundation for mixed or mobile bilingual education in primary and secondary school.The paper also puts forward some conceptions and strategies for implementing "transitional"bilingual education in kindergartens.
