當(dāng)代中國兒童成長的教育境遇及其改善

摘要: 教育境遇是特定兒童親身經(jīng)見的教育者、教育事、教育形態(tài)等構(gòu)成的流動(dòng)體,是兒童在教育世界中生存的實(shí)景畫面與真實(shí)狀態(tài)。兒童生存的主體形態(tài)是教育生存境遇,當(dāng)代我國兒童教育生存境遇不容樂觀。教育即"催熟""追分""聽課""規(guī)訓(xùn)"等不妥理念及其實(shí)踐樣態(tài)擠壓著兒童的自然成長空間,兒童與教育境遇間的不適感在加深,中國社會(huì)期待一種兒童成長本位型教育境遇惠臨世間。要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造出這種教育境遇,教育工作者的行動(dòng)路徑應(yīng)是:呵護(hù)兒童"自成長力",不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)"真兒童",構(gòu)建貼地型教育、暴露式教育、節(jié)制性教育,構(gòu)建教育服務(wù)與兒童成長的緩沖區(qū),以及保障"教育空白區(qū)"的合法存在。 Educational circumstances are the liquid complexity of educators,educational events and forms experienced by aparticular child himself,which are children's realistic pictures and real condition in the educational world.The main living form of contemporary children is educational circumstances.Unfortunately,our country's educational circumstances aren't optimistic,in which a lot of wrong ideas and practices,such as forced learning,pursuing points,attending classes,regulating children and so on,are squeezing children's living space,leading to children's increasing discomfort in the circumstances.Chinese society expects children-oriented educational circumstances,and in order to create these circumstances,educators should take care of children's " self-growth power",constantly discover " real children",adopt ground-attached education,exposed education,abstinence education,build a buffer zone between educational services and children's growth and ensure the legal existence of the "educational blank area".
