綠色GDP績效評估算法的探索、比較及其優(yōu)化路徑

摘要: 綠色GDP因其影響因素眾多,且難以找到與之相應(yīng)的測算方法,不僅使綠色GDP的測算結(jié)果難以令人信服,而且使綠色GDP的績效評估難以成為現(xiàn)實。綠色GDP績效評估算法正在成為生態(tài)文明進程中的一個全球性難題。然而,在大數(shù)據(jù)時代,將數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法引入綠色GDP的績效評估,不僅有效地解決了綠色GDP績效評估中所遇到的多輸入輸出技術(shù)瓶頸,而且充分考慮了評估對象的最優(yōu)投入產(chǎn)出方案,更能客觀反映評價對象自身的信息和特點,從而大大增強綠色GDP績效評估結(jié)果的可信度、公平性,更加有利于提高經(jīng)濟與生態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的決策效率和科學(xué)性。 Because of the numerous factors affecting green GDP, it is difficult to find corresponding measurement methods,which not only makes the measurement results of green GDP unconvincing, but also makes the performance evaluation of green GDP difficult to become a reality. Green GDP performance evaluation algorithm is becoming a global problem in the process of ecological civilization. However, in the era of big data, the introduction of data envelopment analysis into the performance evaluation of green GDP not only effectively solves the technical bottleneck of multi-input and output in the performance evaluation of green GDP, but also fully considers the optimal input-output scheme of the evaluated object, which can more objectively reflect the information and characteristics of the evaluated object, thus greatly enhancing the credibility and fairness of green GDP performance evaluation results, and more conducive to improving the decision-making efficiency and scientific nature of coordinated economic and ecological development.
