摘要: 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保育教育是幼兒園園長(zhǎng)的一項(xiàng)重要職責(zé),保育教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是幼兒園園長(zhǎng)應(yīng)該具備的一項(xiàng)重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。調(diào)查表明,園長(zhǎng)保育教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力整體處于中等偏高水平,園長(zhǎng)保育教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的不同維度間存在差異。園長(zhǎng)保育教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的水平受到園長(zhǎng)的年齡、學(xué)歷、參加培訓(xùn)情況及對(duì)外溝通交流等因素影響?;诖?應(yīng)強(qiáng)化園長(zhǎng)自身領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),建立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)共同體,建立與專家同行對(duì)話溝通機(jī)制,改進(jìn)園長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容和形式,提升園長(zhǎng)保育教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。 Leadership of care and education is an important responsibility of the kindergarten headmaster.Care and education leadership is an important leadership that kindergarten headmaster should possess. The survey shows that the overall care and education leadership for the headmasters is at a moderately high level, and there are differences between the different dimensions of the care and education leadership. The level of the headmasters' care and education leadership is influenced by the age, academic qualifications, participation in training and external communication. According to the current situation, it is necessary to strengthen the weak link of the headmaster's own leadership, establish a leadership community, establish a dialogue and communication mechanism with the experts, and improve the content and form of the training of headmaster, so as to enhance headmasters' care and education leadership.
