學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)定位與多維實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建

摘要： 培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)善保教的學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才,需精研國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),立足崗位需求,堅(jiān)持"實(shí)踐取向",確立"一專全能型""反思性實(shí)踐者"的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),構(gòu)建多維實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,做到理論與實(shí)踐相互融合,課內(nèi)與課外彼此支撐,高校與幼兒園結(jié)成實(shí)踐共同體,協(xié)同共育,不斷拓展實(shí)踐場域;同時專業(yè)教育要全線貫穿,技能訓(xùn)練要全程強(qiáng)化,專業(yè)實(shí)踐要循序推進(jìn),實(shí)踐反思要由淺入深,不但奠定職業(yè)理想,而且強(qiáng)化專業(yè)能力,催生實(shí)踐智慧,提升專業(yè)品質(zhì)。
