幼兒園園長培訓課程建構的理論基礎與核心觀念

摘要: 幼兒園園長的在職培訓是促進幼兒園園長專業(yè)化發(fā)展,提升幼兒園園長隊伍素質的重要途徑。幼兒園園長培訓工作的科學性開展離不開理論的正確指引。針對目前關于幼兒園園長培訓的研究偏重現(xiàn)狀調查與經驗總結,缺乏培訓的基礎理論研究的現(xiàn)狀,本文扼要梳理了后現(xiàn)代課程觀與諾爾斯的成人教育學理論的核心思想,以此為中心線索,從幼兒園園長培訓課程建構的知識觀、教學觀、師生觀三個維度,深入闡釋了幼兒園園長培訓課程建構的核心觀念,以為探查幼兒園園長培訓有效開展的實踐路徑提供理論支撐。 On-the-job training of kindergarten principals is an important way to promote their professional development and improve their quality for now and for the future.The scientific development of kindergarten principals' training cannot be separated from the correct guidance of theory.In view of the current situation that the research on kindergarten principals' training lays particular stress on the summary of the present situation and experience,and lacks the basic theoretical research of training,this paper briefly combs the core ideas of post-modern curriculum concept and Knowles' Adult Learning Theory,and takes those as the central clue to further interpret kindergarten principals' training curriculum from three dimensions:knowledge view,teaching view and teacher-student view in order to provide theoretical support for exploring the effective practice path of kindergarten principals' training.
