激勵性教師評價與幼兒學習品質(zhì)發(fā)展

摘要: 在教師的激勵性評價下,幼兒學習的主動性、堅持與注意、想象與創(chuàng)造、反思與解釋等品質(zhì)可以得到明顯提升。作為一種動態(tài)評價,激勵性教師評價要求教師樹立幼兒是學習主體的教育理念,并通過發(fā)揮激勵性評價的化解功能來拓展幼兒學習品質(zhì)的發(fā)展范疇,通過評價行為的具體化來明確幼兒學習品質(zhì)的發(fā)展維度,通過把握評價時機與限度來促進幼兒學習品質(zhì)的層次性發(fā)展。
By virtue of teachers' encouraging language and behavior,teachers' incentive evaluation can promote the development of children's learning quality through stimulating children's learning motivation and improving their learning enthusiasm. As a dynamic evaluation,teachers' incentive evaluation should play the dissolving function of incentive evaluation,specify the evaluation behavior and seize the evaluation opportunity and limit to promote the development of children 's learning quality.
