摘要: 當(dāng)前我國幼兒園園長培養(yǎng)規(guī)模和質(zhì)量都無法滿足實踐需求,而園長是一種高度專業(yè)化的職業(yè),有必要從一線教師中挖掘?qū)I(yè)素質(zhì)過硬、具有管理潛能和管理意愿的優(yōu)秀者,通過系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)幫助他們從優(yōu)秀的教師成長為優(yōu)秀的園長。遵循此專業(yè)成長導(dǎo)向培養(yǎng)準(zhǔn)園長,既有助于提升幼兒園管理隊伍的專業(yè)水平,又有助于提高幼兒園教育質(zhì)量,促進幼兒身心健康發(fā)展。為此,應(yīng)建構(gòu)緊跟時代要求的準(zhǔn)園長專業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和培訓(xùn)體系,完善準(zhǔn)園長培養(yǎng)管理體制,為準(zhǔn)園長的專業(yè)成長提供條件保障。
