高職院校學(xué)前教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問(wèn)題與策略——基于6位受訪(fǎng)者的質(zhì)性研究

摘要: 專(zhuān)業(yè)的師資是支撐學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵力量。通過(guò)深度訪(fǎng)談6位來(lái)自高職院校學(xué)前教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前高職院校學(xué)前教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的教師隊(duì)伍存在教師結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、質(zhì)量不高、青年教師教學(xué)壓力大等一系列問(wèn)題。據(jù)此,高職院校應(yīng)對(duì)學(xué)前教育師資進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,制定合理的師資建設(shè)方案;加強(qiáng)師資職后培養(yǎng),提升現(xiàn)有師資質(zhì)量;構(gòu)建多元化的人才引進(jìn)機(jī)制,逐步聚集行業(yè)優(yōu)秀人才等。 The professional teachers are the key force to support the construction and development of disciplines and specialties. Through in-depth interviews with six subjects in charge of preschool education in higher vocational colleges, it is found that there are a series of problems such as unreasonable teacher structure, poor quality, and great teaching pressure on young teachers. To this end, countermeasures are puts forward from the perspective of higher vocational colleges and universities: To make clear the overall planning of preschool teachers training and formulate a reasonable teacher construction plan; to strengthen training for in-service teachers and improve the quality of existing teachers; to build a diversified talent introduction mechanism and gradually gather the outstanding talents from the industries.
