精準扶教:合理滿足貧困山區(qū)對學前教育質(zhì)量的需求

摘要: 精確瞄準貧困山區(qū)幼兒家長對學前教育質(zhì)量的合理需求是實現(xiàn)"精準扶教"的第一步。解決勞作的后顧之憂及照顧幼兒的在園生活是貧困山區(qū)幼兒家長對學前教育質(zhì)量的首要需求,寬敞整潔的環(huán)境與稱職穩(wěn)定的教師是貧困山區(qū)幼兒家長對學前教育質(zhì)量的基本需求,讀寫算基礎(chǔ)知識和彈唱跳藝術(shù)技能是貧困山區(qū)幼兒家長對學前教育質(zhì)量的核心需求,山區(qū)自然資源和游戲資源滋養(yǎng)幼兒的童年生活是貧困山區(qū)幼兒家長對學前教育質(zhì)量的發(fā)展需求。這些需求具有模糊性、表面性和多元性的特點,可采取拓寬和創(chuàng)新山區(qū)學前教育供給方式、規(guī)范辦園設(shè)施和補充教師編制、踐行生活化游戲化理念、開發(fā)利用山區(qū)的自然和人文資源等措施對其進行科學引導與合理滿足。
Accurately targeting parents' reasonable demands for preschool education quality in poverty-stricken mountainous areas is the first step to achieve "targeted education support". The primary demand of the parents for preschool education quality in povertystricken mountainous areas is to care for their children's life in kindergarten and to solve their worries in work. The basic demand is the spacious and clean environment and competent teachers. The core demand is the basic knowledge of reading,writing,arithmetic and the skills of singing and dancing. The development demand is to nourish children's life with natural and game resources in mountainous areas. These demands are characterized by ambiguity,superficiality and diversity. Broadening and innovating the supply mode of preschool education in mountainous areas,standardizing facilities of kindergarten and supplementing teachers' positions,practicing the life-based and game-based concepts and utilizing mountainous natural and human resources are the ways to reasonably meet the demands of parents for preschool education quality in poverty-stricken mountainous areas.
