西部地區(qū)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的成效、瓶頸及對策——基于成都市第二期學(xué)前教育三年行動計劃實施效果的調(diào)查

摘要: 對成都市園長和教師展開的第二期學(xué)前教育三年行動計劃實施效果問卷調(diào)查顯示:成都市學(xué)前教育資源總量明顯擴大"、小學(xué)化"得到明顯糾正、財政投入明顯增加、教師隊伍規(guī)模擴大且培訓(xùn)增多、弱勢群體得到了有力支持;存在著結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整不到位"、大班額"普遍、財政投入不均、教師隊伍不穩(wěn)定且民辦和非在編教師福利待遇低、弱勢群體扶助不足等問題,教師對于提高地位和待遇的需求度最高。今后應(yīng)從注重結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,嚴控班額和師幼比,保持財政投入均衡性,注重教師福利待遇及評優(yōu)評先機會,資源向弱勢群體傾斜等方面入手,促進學(xué)前教育大發(fā)展。 A questionnaire survey on the implementation of the Second Three-Year Action Project for Preschool Education for the directors and teachers of Chengdu shows that the total amount of preschool education resources has been significantly expanded,"primary school"tendency has been significantly corrected, financial investment increased significantly, the teachers training opportunities increased; vulnerable groups received strong support; There are also some problems such as inadequate structural adjustment, widespread"large class size", uneven financial investment, unstable teaching staff, low welfare for private and non-in-service teachers, inadequate aid for vnulnerable groups, etc.Teachers have the highest demand for improving their status and treatment. In the future, we should pay attention to structural adjustment, strictly control the number of classes and the ratio of teachers and children, maintain the balance of financial input, pay attention to teachers' welfare benefits and the opportunity of evaluating excellence, incline resources to the disadvantaged groups,etc, to promote the great development of preschool education.
