美國(guó)德克薩斯州幼教機(jī)構(gòu)管理者的核心素養(yǎng)研究

摘要: 探尋幼教機(jī)構(gòu)管理者的核心素養(yǎng),有助于幼兒園園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的聚焦。美國(guó)《德克薩斯州幼教實(shí)踐者與管理者的核心素養(yǎng)》參考多個(gè)州幼教管理者核心素養(yǎng)的框架標(biāo)準(zhǔn),定義不同等級(jí)幼教機(jī)構(gòu)管理者的核心素養(yǎng),明確核心素養(yǎng)領(lǐng)域的核心概念與可觀察技能,為每一個(gè)可觀察的素養(yǎng)提供可操作的評(píng)價(jià)。借鑒德克薩斯州幼教管理者核心素養(yǎng)方面的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),有助于更好地開(kāi)展我國(guó)幼兒園園長(zhǎng)核心素養(yǎng)的研究及其核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)。 Exploring the core competencies for early childhood administrators is conducive to the focus of kindergarten principals' professional development goals. Many states' core competency frameworks and standards were reviewed during the development of the Texas Core Competencies for Early Childhood Practitioners and Administrators, which defines leveled core competencies. The document makes clear the core concepts and observable competencies in the core competencies field and provides operable evaluation for every observable competency. Learning from the experience of the Texas core competencies for early childhood Practitioners and administrators can help to better carry out the research on the core competencies of kindergarten principals in China and the cultivation of their core competencies.
