新中國(guó)消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)研究70年:演進(jìn)歷程與趨勢(shì)展望——基于中國(guó)知網(wǎng)文獻(xiàn)的分析

摘要: 縱觀學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究成果,研究主題和內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)先深后廣的態(tài)勢(shì);研究方法上從定性分析出發(fā),后期逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)定性和定量分析的結(jié)合;研究視野出現(xiàn)多樣化、多學(xué)科交叉融合的特點(diǎn)。新中國(guó)成立70年以來(lái),對(duì)消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)的研究與每個(gè)階段國(guó)家相關(guān)重要政策出臺(tái)緊密關(guān)聯(lián),同時(shí)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)也促進(jìn)了研究主題的全面發(fā)展。從消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)研究的發(fā)展歷程上看,1949—1978年為起步探索時(shí)期,從保障人民群眾生活角度探索了以商業(yè)為主體的消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)的發(fā)展; 1979—1991年為理論發(fā)展階段,從服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論角度闡釋了消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)的本質(zhì)和特征; 1992—2006年為深化拓展階段,從服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)踐角度探討了消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響;2007年以后進(jìn)入繁榮發(fā)展階段,從消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)整體角度探討了其實(shí)踐發(fā)展和理論創(chuàng)新。消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)的研究范式和理論體系尚未構(gòu)建完全,未來(lái)需要拓展研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究范疇,進(jìn)一步完善相關(guān)理論研究框架。 A general survey shows a"first deep and then broad"trend in the research topics and contents regarding the relevant research results on the development of consumer service industry. The research methods start from qualitative analysis,and gradually turn into a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research horizon appears a diversified and interdisciplinary exploration. The research on consumer service industry during the 70 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China is closely related to the relevant national policies at each stage. Meanwhile,the national economic growth and network information technology also promote the comprehensive development of the research topic. In terms of development process,the years from 1949 to 1978 is the initial exploration period for consumer service industry research,focusing on the development of consumer service format with the commerce as the main body from the perspective of guaranteeing people's life. The years from1979 to 1991 is the stage of theoretical development to elaborate on the essence and characteristics of consumer service industry from the perspective of service economy theory. The years from 1992 to 2006 is the deepening and expanding stage,with the research on the influence of consumer service industry upon economic development from the practical perspective of service industry development. Since 2007,the study of consumer service industry has entered into the prosperity stage to explore its practical development and theoretical innovation from an overall perspective of consumer service industry. The research paradigm and theoretical system of consumer service industry have not been completely constructed. In the future,it is necessary to expand the research content and research scale,and further improve the relevant theoretical research framework.
