新中國(guó)服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究70年:演進(jìn)、借鑒與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展

摘要： 新中國(guó)成立70年以來,服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究走過了一個(gè)不平凡的歷程。從最初的基本邊緣化到如今的空前繁榮,學(xué)術(shù)界付出了巨大努力。服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的不斷推進(jìn)和深化,既受益于理論界的思想解放,也得益于服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和偉大的改革開放實(shí)踐。服務(wù)業(yè)門類繁多,性質(zhì)迥異,服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究和服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)科體系建設(shè)難度很大。本文在梳理新中國(guó)成立70年來服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)(第三產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì))相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提煉總結(jié)了八個(gè)研究主題,并對(duì)其研究?jī)?nèi)容、演進(jìn)歷程和學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)逐一闡釋。在堅(jiān)持馬克思主義立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,吸收現(xiàn)代西方服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的有益成果,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界的新課題、新任務(wù)和新使命。
In the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the study of service economy has gone through an extraordinary course, growing from a basically marginalized subject to a popular and thriving field of research as it has never been before. The academic community has made tremendous efforts. The continuous advancement and deepening of the study of service economy benefits not only from the ideological emancipation brought by the theoretical research, but also from the rapid development of the service sector and the implementation of the reform and opening up policy. Given the great variety of services in the service sector, it is very difficult to study the theory of service economy and to construct the discipline system of service economics. Based on the literature review of service economy(tertiary industry economy) in China in the past 70 years, this paper chooses eight research topics, explaining their research contents, evolution and academic contributions one by one. For Chinese economists there lies the new subject, new task and new mission to draw from the beneficial results of modern western theoretical research on the service economy while adhering to the position, viewpoint and method of Marxism, and innovate and develop socialist service economics with Chinese characteristics.
