基于直覺(jué)模糊VIKOR的混合多屬性群決策方法

摘要: 針對(duì)含有多種屬性和混合評(píng)價(jià)信息的群決策問(wèn)題,提出一種基于直覺(jué)模糊VIOKR的評(píng)價(jià)方法。首先,將不同屬性類型的混合評(píng)價(jià)信息轉(zhuǎn)換為直覺(jué)模糊數(shù),以降低評(píng)價(jià)信息的隨機(jī)性和模糊性;其次建立最小偏差優(yōu)化模型計(jì)算專家權(quán)重和屬性的權(quán)重信息;再次,引入VIKOR理論集結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)值對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)排序,并與TOPSIS方法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析說(shuō)明本算法的可行性和可信度;最后以某型電源車(chē)虛擬訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)人員業(yè)務(wù)水平?jīng)Q策進(jìn)行實(shí)例研究,結(jié)果表明該群決策方法的有效性,且具有較好的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 In order to solve the problem of group decision making problem with multiple attributes and mixed evaluation information, an evaluation method is proposed based on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and VIOKR theory. First, the mixed attribute of different evaluation information is converted into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, which can reduce the randomness and fuzziness of the evaluation information. Then, the minimum deviation optimization model is established to calculate the weight vectors of the experts and the attributes. In addition, the VIKOR theory is introduced to aggregate the evaluation values and rank the evaluation objects.The comparison with the TOPSIS method is presented to verify the feasibility and reliability of the proposed algorithm. Finally, the virtual training system of a certain type of power vehicle is used as research object and conduct the personnel business level decision-making, the results show that the group decision-making method can effectively realize the decision-making, and has a good engineering application value.
