廣東省科技服務(wù)業(yè)市場化發(fā)展分析

摘要: 在前期定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇市場化治理機(jī)制、市場化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營情況兩項指標(biāo)分析私營及外商投資科技服務(wù)企業(yè)市場化情況;對于非私營的科技服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),則以資產(chǎn)管理體制的市場適應(yīng)性、產(chǎn)權(quán)多元化、經(jīng)營行為市場化和市場退出機(jī)制等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行定性分析。研究結(jié)果表明廣東省科技服務(wù)業(yè)市場化程度較高,接近轉(zhuǎn)軌后期市場經(jīng)濟(jì)階段。
Based on the previous quantitative analysis,by means of production operation and management system of marketization,we analyze the private enterprise and foreign investigations. Focusing on the adoptability to marketization of assets management mechanism,multiplication of capitals,operation behavior and exit system,we conduct a similar analysis on non- private organizations. We conclude that marketization of science and technology service industry in Guangdong province has reached an advanced level,which is close to the latter phrase of reform of planned economy.
