非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟社會核算矩陣的框架設(shè)計研究

摘要： 非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)滲透到經(jīng)濟活動的各個方面,綜合分析其對宏觀經(jīng)濟的影響效應(yīng)亟須一個系統(tǒng)性框架。闡釋采用社會核算矩陣研究非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟活動的3個必要性,厘清非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟運行機理及其與正規(guī)經(jīng)濟之間的4條作用路徑,在闡述非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟SAM各賬戶的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟SAM的表式結(jié)構(gòu)和基本框架,歸納非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟SAM的3大功能。對非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟SAM的理論分析與框架設(shè)計可以為非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟SAM的編制與效應(yīng)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
Informal economy has penetrated into all aspects of macroeconomic activity.There is a need for a systematic framework to analyze its effect on macroeconomic comprehensively.Firstly,the necessities of using the social accounting matrix to study the informal economic activities are expounded.Secondly,the mechanism of the informal economy and its four channels of interaction with the formal economy are clarified.Then,we design an informal economy SAM framework base on the elaborating of informal economy account.Finally,the three major functions of the informal economy SAM are summarized.The theoretical analysis and framework designed can lay the theoretical foundation for the actual compilation and effect research of the informal economy.
